How long does it take to receive my Digital Lifafa?+
Our standard delivery time is 24 to 48 hours after we receive your event details and advance payment. If you need it urgently, please let us know on WhatsApp and we will do our best to accommodate.
How do I pay?+
We currently accept payments manually via JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank transfer. When you submit your order on the website, it will open a WhatsApp chat with our team where we will provide the payment details. We work on a 50% advance model.
Can I change the background music?+
Yes! If you select a package that includes background music, you can send us a YouTube link or an MP3 file of your preferred song on WhatsApp, and we will embed it into your invitation.
How does the Wishes Wall work?+
The Wishes Wall is a special feature where your guests can leave a public congratulatory message or a private note directly on your invitation page. All messages are moderated, and as the host, you can review and delete any inappropriate messages from your personal dashboard.
How long will my invitation link stay active?+
Your customized Digital Lifafa link will remain live and accessible based on the package you select (e.g., 30 days, 90 days, or lifetime). After the hosting period ends, it will expire automatically.
Do you provide physical printing?+
No, Digital Lifafa specializes exclusively in premium, animated digital invitations designed for sharing via WhatsApp, Email, or Social Media. We do not offer physical paper printing.
