• Content: Photos, messages, and media you share with us for the purpose of creating your Digital Lifafa page.
• Payment Information: We do not store payment card details. Payments are handled via direct bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa and are not processed through our servers.
• Usage Data: Basic information about how you interact with our website, collected anonymously for improvement purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and deliver your personalized Digital Lifafa page
• To communicate with you regarding your order via WhatsApp or email
• To send order confirmations and delivery notifications
• To improve our services and resolve complaints

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Your photos and personal content are used solely to create your ordered page and are never displayed publicly without your explicit permission.

4. Data Retention

Your order data is retained for up to 12 months for customer support purposes. Media files and page content may be retained for the duration of the active page subscription. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

5. Page Privacy

All celebration pages are hosted on private, unlisted URLs. They are not indexed by search engines and are only accessible to those who have the link. You control who receives the link.

6. Your Rights

Under applicable Pakistani data protection principles, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Contact us at digitallifafaofficial@gmail.com to exercise these rights.

By placing an order with Digital Lifafa, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Digital Lifafa provides custom-designed, private digital celebration pages delivered as shareable web links. The scope of each order is defined by the selected package and agreed add-ons at the time of order placement.

2. Order Placement

• Orders are confirmed upon receipt of the advance payment as specified in your selected package.
• You are responsible for providing accurate information, correct media files, and all required content within the agreed timeline.
• Delays caused by late submission of content are not the responsibility of Digital Lifafa.

3. Delivery Timelines

• Basic Package: Delivered within 24–48 hours
• Mid Package: Delivered within 24–36 hours
• Premium Package: Delivered within 48–72 hours

Timelines begin after all required content is received. Rush delivery may be available at an additional charge.

4. Revisions

Each package includes a specified number of free revisions. Revision requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Additional revisions beyond the included limit are charged separately.

5. Page Expiry

Celebration pages are hosted for the duration specified in your package (typically 1–3 months). You will be notified before expiry and may renew hosting at a nominal fee.

6. Intellectual Property

The design, animations, and code of Digital Lifafa pages remain the intellectual property of Digital Lifafa. You retain full rights to your personal content (photos, messages, etc.) submitted for the page.

7. Prohibited Uses

• Submitting content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates Pakistani law
• Using our services for commercial advertising without prior agreement
• Sharing or distributing Digital Lifafa page designs without our consent
• Impersonating another person in the content of the page

8. Limitation of Liability

Digital Lifafa is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved under Pakistani jurisdiction.

1. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you cancel your order before we begin work (i.e., before content collection starts), you are eligible for a full refund of any advance paid.

2. Cancellation After Work Begins

If work has commenced (design, layout, or coding has started), a partial refund of 50% of the advance may be issued at our discretion.

3. After Delivery

No refund is issued after the completed page has been delivered. However, if the delivered page significantly differs from what was agreed (wrong content, broken features, etc.), we will correct the issues free of charge.

4. Eligible Refund Scenarios

• Duplicate payment made accidentally
• Order not delivered within 72 hours of agreed deadline without prior notice
• Delivered page contains content errors due to our mistake (not client-provided errors)
• Technical failure resulting in the page being inaccessible for more than 48 hours

5. Non-Refundable Scenarios

• Dissatisfaction due to personal taste or preference (revision requests are offered instead)
• Delay caused by late submission of content by the client
• Page content errors caused by incorrect information provided by the client
• Change of mind after delivery

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us via WhatsApp at +92 319 2990075 or email at digitallifafaofficial@gmail.com with your order ID and the reason for the refund. We aim to process all valid refund requests within 5–7 business days.

7. Refund Method

Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer). Processing time may vary by payment provider.

To maintain a respectful and safe environment for all users, we have established the following content guidelines.

1. Acceptable Content

• Personal photographs and family images
• Heartfelt messages, letters, and well-wishes
• Celebratory and positive content related to the occasion
• Music shared via legal streaming links (YouTube, Spotify)

2. Prohibited Content

• Sexually explicit, obscene, or vulgar material
• Content that is discriminatory, hateful, or offensive on the basis of religion, ethnicity, or gender
• Content that violates the rights of a third party (copyright, privacy)
• Material that is illegal under Pakistani law or Islamic values
• False or misleading information about real persons

3. Our Rights

Digital Lifafa reserves the right to refuse any order or remove any content that violates this policy, without obligation to issue a refund for advance payment if the violation is discovered during or after production.

4. Portfolio & Showcasing

We may showcase anonymized or blurred samples of our work in our portfolio. We will never display your page publicly or share identifying content without your explicit written consent.
